About the Role

Location: Remote

We are hiring a Staff Product Design to own product design across the entire suite of Truemed products. This includes customer checkout, Consumer shopping experiences, Clinician’s portal, and Merchant portal.

You'll be tackling complex challenges at the intersection of healthcare and fintech, creating solutions that empower users to leverage their HSA/FSA funds for better health outcomes.

What You'll Do at Truemed

• Design and ship high-quality product improvements
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Understand and advocate for the user across various touchpoints in the Truemed ecosystem
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Own and develop the design system and component library, ensuring coherence across all product surfaces
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and GTM teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience designing UX and UI for software
• High attention to detail, well-crafted visual and interaction design skills, and a passion for UI details
• Experience partnering with Engineering to ensure quality design implementation
• Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems
• Proficiency in prototyping ideas to help articulate nuanced design decisions
• Experience designing for multiple product surfaces and user types (e.g., consumer-facing, B2B, internal portals)
