Brief Description of Truemed

Truemed unlocks $150 billion in HSA / FSA funds for exercise and healthy food.

Truemed launched 4 months ago and is used by 500+ gyms, 100+ Shopify stores, and several other health & wellness stores.

Our platform connects qualified wellness merchants with doctors who will to generate a Letter of Medical Necessity for every qualified purchase, unlocking $150 billion to spend on health & wellness products to prevent specific medical conditions. We’re shifting healthcare spending to prevention, not just treatment after we’re already sick.

Role Overview and Values

Our engineering team is intentionally small (currently 3 people), but we support hundreds of merchant partners. This candidate’s job is to help ensure the success of each merchant partner as we scale to thousands.

We’re looking for a self-driven engineer who loves working directly with our merchant partners. The primary job will be helping each partner implement Truemed successfully, and continually improving our product to make the integrations even easier in the future.

A typical workday will include:

• Communicating with multiple partners
  • Onboarding onto the Truemed platform
  • Supporting technical integrations
  • Building Truemed credibility
  • Growing Revenue by optimizing implementations
• Designing / Developing new projects that create seamless workflows for our Partners and their customers.
• Daily standup with the engineering team
• Working with the entire Truemed team to optimize the Partner experience
